This Privacy Policy explains how ADVERTEX ADVERTISING RESEARCHES AND CONSULTANCIES LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the Trade Anomaly AI mobile application and the website tradeanomalyai.com (together, the "Service").
1. Data we collect

We do not collect precise geolocation, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
2. How we use your data
- To provide the Service: computing anomaly readings for your instruments, evaluating your alert rules and generating the descriptive texts that accompany them;
- To operate your account and subscription;
- To send daily content notifications (you can switch them off in the app or in system settings);
- To answer your support requests;
- To maintain security, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your personal data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.
3. Who processes your data (our processors)
- OpenAI — AI text generation. To produce the descriptive texts we send OpenAI's API the instrument symbol and the already-computed market figures (price, change, volume ratio, volatility, open interest, liquidations, anomaly score). We do not send your email, your password, your watchlist as a whole, or any other account data.
- RevenueCat — subscription management for in-app purchases (receives anonymized user ID and purchase receipts).
- Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing for in-app purchases (governed by their own privacy policies).
- Stripe — payment processing for purchases made on the website (Stripe processes your payment details; we only receive the payment result).
- Google Firebase — delivery of push notifications (processes your device push token).
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that store our database under contractual confidentiality obligations.
Each processor receives only the data necessary for its function and may not use it for other purposes.
4. How long we keep your data
- Account, quiz answers, watchlist, alert rules and alert history — for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, this data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Push tokens — until you log out, disable notifications or delete the account.
- Payment and tax records — for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.
- Support correspondence — up to 24 months after the ticket is closed.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data (your markets, alert sensitivity and quiet hours can be edited directly in the app: Profile → Monitoring);
- Erasure — delete your account and data (in the app: Profile → Delete account, or see our account deletion instructions);
- Data portability (export) — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- Objection and restriction — object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing;
- Complain — lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Children
The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@tradeanomalyai.com and we will delete it.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS), passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard measures.
8. International transfers
Our processors (including OpenAI, Google, Apple, Stripe and RevenueCat) may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
