Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and ADVERTEX ADVERTISING RESEARCHES AND CONSULTANCIES LLC ("we", "us") governing your use of the Trade Anomaly AI mobile application and the website tradeanomalyai.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

Trade Anomaly AI is a market-information service. It monitors public market data for the instruments you choose and describes unusual activity in them: an anomaly score from 0 to 100, and the readings behind it — traded volume against its own recent average, price movement in standard deviations, realised volatility, open interest and forced-liquidation totals. Those figures are computed deterministically in code from public exchange data. Short descriptive texts are generated by artificial intelligence from those already-computed figures.

The Service does not execute orders, does not connect to a broker or exchange account, does not hold or move funds, and does not manage assets. It is read-only information.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Premium features require a paid subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly plans may be offered).
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Prices. For purchases made inside the app, the binding price is the one displayed in the App Store or Google Play at the moment of purchase; prices may vary by region and may change for future periods with prior notice. For web purchases, the binding price is shown at Stripe checkout.
• Cancelling — App Store: device Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Trade Anomaly AI → Cancel.
• Cancelling — Google Play: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Trade Anomaly AI → Cancel.
• Cancelling — web (Stripe): use the Stripe customer portal link from your receipt email, or contact support@tradeanomalyai.com.
• Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a store subscription — cancel it in the store settings as described above.
• After cancellation you keep Premium access until the end of the already-paid period.

4. Refunds

• Purchases made through the App Store are refunded exclusively by Apple under Apple Media Services terms — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Purchases made through Google Play are refunded under Google Play's refund policy — request a refund via Google Play.
• Purchases made on the website (Stripe): contact support@tradeanomalyai.com; refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to harm others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts or our infrastructure;
• scrape, copy, resell or redistribute Service content on a systematic basis;
• reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law;
• submit content to the AI features that is unlawful, abusive or infringes third-party rights;
• use the Service to build a competing dataset or train competing models.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, texts, graphics and software, belongs to ADVERTEX ADVERTISING RESEARCHES AND CONSULTANCIES LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Readings generated for you may be used for your personal purposes; commercial redistribution requires our written consent.

7. AI-generated content

Descriptive texts are generated by AI language models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or repetitive, and identical inputs may produce different outputs. Market data itself may be delayed, incomplete or wrong where a venue reports it that way. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any figure or statement in the Service, and Section 1's not-investment-advice disclaimer applies to all of it.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADVERTEX ADVERTISING RESEARCHES AND CONSULTANCIES LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see account deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms; where required, we will give reasonable prior notice.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
